Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines, Inc. (CCEAP) is the new legal name of the corporation, which was previously Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc. (CCBPI).


The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the company's name change in response to the news on February 23, 2024, that Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Plc (CCEP) and Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. (AEV) had successfully acquired CCEAP.
